If you want the challenge of a cycle ride down to the coast through open, near-empty roads and beautiful countryside – why not sign up for Capital to Coast yourself?

Not only can you make it your reason to get or stay fit, but you can also help raise much-needed funds for Norwood and their Partner Charities; Sparks, Down’s Syndrome Association and Southern FM’s Help a Local Child

Stephen Fuller (reserve in week 1 Jason St. Hill)

Steve works as a web developer at a small design agency in Old Street, London. When not up to his eyes in websites he takes every opportunity to escape the big smoke on two pedals, last year enjoying a three week tour through part of arctic Scandinavia (as well as the Capital to Coast ride of course). He's also a keen photographer and sometime woodcarver. He also enjoys swimming, running and playing football (when his knees will bear it). Steve has supported the Capital to Coast ride for a number of years (on a single seater) and is delighted to be taking part in the Frontrider challenge.

Jackie Andreiser

Jackie continues to have a full and active timetable during the week. She often enjoys writing articles for the Villager and also works on a Tuesday afternoon in the stables. Here she mucks out and helps clean the tack.Jackie also attends the aero biking sessions on a regular basis, which assists with training for the bike rides.Over the Chanukah period she went to visit her sister.
